Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our Site or services. By using them, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Leadsyde provides marketing services for contractors and home service businesses, including local lead generation, search engine optimization, web design, backlinking, conversion rate optimization, and paid search marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or order form (a "Service Agreement"). If these Terms conflict with a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. By submitting your phone number or email, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Leadsyde about your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing hello@leadsyde.com with your phone number. We will honor your request promptly.

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload or send malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers on the Site without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Site or services.

The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, code, and design, are owned by Leadsyde Digital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the Site for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you send us content, such as feedback, testimonials, videos, or materials for use in our services, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, edit, and display that content to operate and promote our services. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share it.

Fees for our services are set out in your Service Agreement. Unless it says otherwise, invoices are due when received and are non-refundable. Late payments may result in late fees, as allowed by Florida law, and suspension of services.

We offer a "More leads in 60 days or you don't pay" guarantee. The guarantee applies only as described in your Service Agreement and depends on your good-faith cooperation, such as answering calls and following up with leads. Apart from that guarantee, leads, rankings, ad performance, booked jobs, and revenue depend on factors outside our control, and we do not promise specific results unless we agree to them in writing. Results shown in our case studies reflect individual client experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

The Site and our services may connect to or link to third-party platforms, such as Google, Meta, YouTube, hosting providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data and never sell it. You are responsible for making sure any customer data you give us was collected legally and that you have the consent needed for us to use it on your behalf.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A SERVICE AGREEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADSYDE DIGITAL AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leadsyde Digital and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or services at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms. Termination of services under a Service Agreement follows the terms of that agreement. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be brought only in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Site or services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with any Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Leadsyde Digital about the Site and services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
